Anarchy in a Jar is the name of her small-batch line of jams, and her flavor combinations  really do defy our preconceived notions about preserves. For starters, they do not have to be all sugar and fruit. Her Hot Fireman&#8217;s Pear Jam has a smoky chipotle kick, and her Strawberry Preserves are never just sweet&#8211;she does one seasonal variation with pink peppercorns and chocolate mint, and her most popular jam is her Strawberry Balsamic. (Oh and all of her ingredients come from a rooftop farm, so they&#8217;re locally grown, as well.) Since they&#8217;re so unique, it&#8217;s hard to justify eating them on bread alone. Her Grapefruit and Smoked Salt Marmalade makes a delicious cocktail ingredient, mixed with some gin, soda, and a dash of bitters. And her Raspberry Balsamic preserves once helped her win a cookoff; she combined it with beets and aged goat cheese for a sweet-savory-tangy risotto. [...]</description>
