		<description>I stopped by this booth and couldn&#039;t resist the waffle bits and the jam. Thought I&#039;d go for the Ginger Pear or the Marmalade but the Strawberry jam - although classic stole my palette. Well done ladies!!!</description>

		<description>I laughed aloud at my fist taste of Strawberry Balsamic Jam last night; and what a gift you made of my breakfast this morning with it, thank you.

Three that I&#039;ve done that anybody might like to try: cherry/chipotle glaze, great on pork tenderloin; carmelized marmalade--I got distracted after adding the sugar to the kettle and realized too late!!--but it was wonderful, and never successfully repeated...and cranberry/carmelized garlic.
