Recipes

Jam is the coolest condiment. Less obvious as a multipurpose ingredient than its cousins mustard and pickle, jam is a great addition to many a meal. Here’s an assortment of recipes that jam fans have sent in or we’ve created in the Anarchy kitchen that feature jam, jelly, preserves and chutney as key ingredients. Jam on!

Hot Pepper Jelly & Grilled Cheese with I Eat Brooklyn hot pepper jelly, sharp chedder and garlic
Fig You Pizza with Parmesan cheese, fig jam, prosciutto, arugula, & truffle oil
Cherry Pig Pizza
with BBQ pulled pork, caramelized onion, manchego cheese and Midnight Morello Cherry jam
Sexing the Cherry
cocktail with cherry liqueur, lime juice, bitters (campari or blood orange), & tonic
Like My Heart
cocktail with Campari, cherry liqueur, club soda & slice of lime
PB & J Dog with peanut butter, a hot dog (veggie if you wish), and your favorite anarchy in a jar jam
Beet it risotto with beets, raspberry balsamic jam, orange zest and aged goat cheese
Easy Like Sunday Morning risotto with blueberries, pancetta, coconut milk and local maple syrup

and more to come!

We love to put our jam on a lot of things; smear it on meat (e.g., plum on lamb chops, cherry on pork, hot pepper jelly on chicken drumsticks), put it in your sammich, dab a little on your crackers.
