Our jam, jelly, marmalade & chutney is small-batch, artisanal and handmade at our jam facility in Brooklyn, New York. Much of our fruit is sourced locally from small farms. Hot Fireman’s Pear Jam with chipotle and cinnamon
Bartlett pears, cinnamon, chipotle, lemon juice, sugar, all natural pectin
Pears are given a smoky, spicy buzz with the addition of chipotle and cinnamon. This jam smells and looks like late autumn, when the golden earth-toned air is tinged with woodsmoke. Not too spicy, but with a little smoky kick at the end. We donate a portion of the proceeds to our local NYC Fire Department.
Grapefruit & Smoked Salt Marmalade

Tangy and tart Rhubarb gets a lovely color and flavor from bright hibiscus flowers. We get our rhubarb from the lovely folks at Wicklow Orchards in the Hudson Valley.

Sweet onions, figs, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, orange zest, spices
Anarchy-style: simple, balanced with kick-ass ingredients like Organic figs and local onions from our farmer friends at Greenmarket, finished with a hint of rosemary + orange zest. The perfect savory jam for cheese, charcuterie and sandwiches.

The perfect whole grain mustard. Barely ground, it pops in the mouth. We love it with ham sandwiches, fresh pretzels, and on strawberries (trust us).
