Our jam is artisanal and handmade in Brooklyn, New York.
Almost all our fruit is sourced locally. Our jam, jelly and preserves are “vintage,” made from fruit grown in a particular year and under those unique environmental conditions.

Strawberry Preserves with pink peppercorns and chocolate mint

Sweet pink peppercorns and a variety of mint that tastes like an after-dinner chocolate make it crazy good.
Midnight Morello Preserves
morello black sour cherries, sugar, lemon juice, all natural pectin
Made from low-spray Morello black sour cherries. Gorgeous jewel-toned, dark red color. Sweet cherry aroma finishes with a tart, crisp acidity in good balance.
Apricot Jam
apricots, organic thyme, organic vanilla bean, sweet Torrontes wine, sugar and lemon juice
Delicious New York apricots, organic thyme from Brooklyn Grange rooftop farms in NYC, vanilla bean and a sweet dessert wine made with the Torrontes grape from Argentina.
Rose White Jam
white peaches, yellow peaches, rosewater, sugar, lemon juice, all natural pectin
Made from low spray peaches from the North Fork of Long Island. Long maceration process, a pure peach flavor is balanced by palette pleasing rosewater.
Blueberry Lavender Preserves
blueberries, fresh lavender, lemon juice, sugar, all natural pectin
Lavender adds a floral and spicy note to the blueberries.
Sugar Plum Fairy Preserves
Golden sugar plums, ice wine, lemon juice, sugar, all natural pectin
A delicious mix of local sugar plums and local New York State grown ice wine. Ice wine is a sweet dessert wine made from grapes left on the vine until nearly dry. All the flavors are here and hit your senses in succession: sweet, savory, bitter and tart plum. Close your eyes and eat this with a spoon.

I Eat NY Hot Pepper Jelly
peppers (cherry bomb, banana, jalapeno, thai, sweet), vinegar, sugar, all natural pectin
Hot and sweet peppers from Brooklyn Grange Farm in NYC–this stuff is the bomb. Farmer Ben’s peppers are amazingly flavorful and beautiful, and Laena helped raise some of these babies from seeds she started on her fire escape. Driven from farm to kitchen in our recycled vegetable oil Mercedes, this jelly has a super small carbon footprint. Feel the love. Spicy and sweet, you can put it on anything for an added punch of flavor–we love it on grilled cheese!

Easy Like Sunday Morning Blueberry Preserves

Wild Maine blueberries meld with a rich B grade maple syrup from Lyonsville Sugarhouse in Accord, New York. Add this to your pancakes and swoon.
Ginger Pear Jam
Bartlett pears, fresh ginger, lemon juice, sugar, all natural pectin
Pears from upstate New York pare perfectly with fresh ginger.
Hot Fireman’s Pear Jam with chipotle and cinnamon
Bartlett pears, cinnamon, chipotle, lemon juice, sugar, all natural pectin
Pears are given a smoky, hot and spicy buzz with the addition of chipotle and cinnamon. This jam smells and looks like late autumn, when the golden earth-toned air is tinged with woodsmoke. Not too spicy, but with a little smoky kick at the end. We donate a portion of the proceeds to our local NYC Fire Department.
Grapefruit & Smoked Salt Marmalade
Grapefruit, smoked salt, sugar
Sweet, slightly bitter with a hit of smoky salt. Ruby red grapefruit juice and slivers of zest float in translucent golden jelly.
