Our jam and mustard is small-batch, artisanal and handmade at our certified facility in Brooklyn, New York. We source most of our produce locally from small farms. Our methods combine old world techniques with modern finesse, bringing innovation to the tradition of jam making.

Strawberry Balsamic Jam

Our best seller! Buttery + tart; aged balsamic, rich strawberry flavor.
EAT IT: on crusty sourdough or stirred into Greek yogurt

Grapefruit & Smoked Salt Marmalade

Sweet, citrusy, tiny-bit bitter + salty; a “gateway” marmalade for the bitter-shy.
EAT IT: gin cocktails & chocolate

INGREDIENTS: Grapefruit juice, organic sugar, lemon juice, grapefruit peel, smoked salt, all natural pectin


Easy Like Sunday Morning Blueberry Preserves

If kids love it, it must be good! Sweet, tart wild blueberries are sweetened with grade B maple syrup from New York and organic sugar.
EAT IT: ricotta pancakes, PB&J, almond butter and sourdough
PAIR WITH CHEESE: Cambozola, Morbier

Fig & Onion Jam

Sweet figs, caramelized onions, herbs and balsamic vinegar.
EAT IT: with cheese, pork or charcuterie
PAIR WITH CHEESE: Fiore Sardo, Pecorino Foglie de Noce
INGREDIENTS: Figs, onions, organic sugar, apple juice, balsamic vinegar,
orange zest, lemon juice, rosemary

Hot Fireman’s Pear Jam

Warm + woodsy; like autumn in New England. Mildly spicy with a slow heat.
EAT IT: grilled cheese with sharp cheddar.
PAIR WITH CHEESE: Cabot clothbound cheddar, La Tur, Vieille
INGREDIENTS: pears, organic sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, chipotle powder, all natural pectin



Beer Mustard

Pops in the mouth like vegan caviar. This whole grain mustard features yellow and brown mustard seeds soaked in malt vinegar and New York City brewed IPA from Singlecut Beersmiths in Astoria, Queens. The seeds become plump, tender and juicy as they’re infused with the beer’s rich malty flavor and then burst with every bite, popping in a perfect balance of sweet and heat.

We love it with ham sandwiches, burgers, sausage, cured meats, fresh pretzels, and ripe strawberries (trust us).

INGREDIENTS: Brown and yellow mustard seeds, malt vinegar, IPA beer, mustard powder, organic sugar, garlic, smoked sea salt, chili, spices

Herb Mustard

Herbaceous and whole grain, brined with tarragon, thyme and garlic. Lightly ground and a little spicy.

We love it with turkey sandwiches and as a marinade on roast chicken.

INGREDIENTS: Brown and yellow mustard seeds, vinegar, mustard powder, fresh tarragon, garlic, organic sugar, thyme, kosher salt, spices

Umami Shiso Fine Mustard

Say the name out loud with a little attitude. Flavors of umami from the green tea and garlic, plus shiso leaf for crazy mouth magic.

We love it with sandwiches, as a marinade on pork or chicken wings, stirred into salad dressings and on a cheese plate with Bellweather Farms San Andreas or aged manchego.

INGREDIENTS: Brown and yellow mustard seeds, vinegar, mustard powder, matcha green tea, fresh shiso, garlic, organic sugar, kosher salt, smoked paprika, spices


Salted Caramel Apple Butter

Apple butter + salted caramel. Organic sugar and kosher salt are caramelized and cooked with apples until they melt into sweet, “buttery” perfection; clove, cardamom & cinnamon add rich, warm flavor.
EAT IT: We love Food & Wine’s bacon biscuits, or Thomas Keller’s apple pie
PAIR WITH CHEESE: chevre, cave aged cheddar, brie fermier

INGREDIENTS: apples, lemon juice, organic sugar, kosher salt, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon

Beer Butter

Apple butter + beer. Apples are cooked down to sweet, buttery perfection along with hoppy, malty New York made craft beer; black cardamom & grains of paradise add rich flavor.
EAT IT: burgers, charcuterie (especially pate or rillettes), PB&beer
PAIR WITH CHEESE: Prairie Breeze cheddar
INGREDIENTS: apples, craft ale, organic sugar, lemon juice, all natural pectin, grains of paradise, black cardamom

New York Hot Pepper Jelly

Sweet & spicy! Spicy NY grown hot peppers, sweet peppers, apple juice from NY apples, NY vinegar.
EAT IT: cream cheese & Triscuits, hot dogs, grilled chicken
PAIR WITH CHEESE: Cambozola, Morbier
