You want to learn how to make jam, but the reality of making your own — picking a flavor, shopping and prepping ingredients, properly cooking to a gel set, filling jars, safely processing, labeling, and storing — is daunting.

This class is a perfect solution. Laena, will come to your home and make jam with you. Together, we'll make delicious, beautiful jam, and you’ll get the recipe and 12 jars to keep and share with your family and friends.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We provide everything:

• All the ingredients (fruit, sugar, etc)

• Unique labels

• All the equipment (pots, etc)

• Pretty 2-ounce, 4-ounce, or 8-ounce jars

• The labor and expertise

• A bottle of wine to drink while we cook (or sparkling water, if you prefer)

Laena will come to your home if you live in New York City, with a fee added for the Tri-State area (New Jersey, Connecticut, Long Island). 

WHAT YOU GET

Beautiful, handcrafted gifts made quickly and efficiently in a few hours at your home. When our workshop is complete, you will have edible jam that is labeled, ready to gift, safely packed to store and ship.

THE DETAILS

Private jam classes start at $560 for a 2-hour class, $100 of which you have already paid as you deposit.

We'll send you a contract before the class, so you can be sure we deliver as promised, as well as a link to schedule your class.
