Lauded as “extraordinary” by the New York Times, Anarchy in a Jar has been making creative condiments for 10+ years in NYC, and has a global cult following that includes QuestLove and Martha Stewart. We'll either bring the ingredients or ship individual kits of ingredients and supplies directly to your team, so your group can craft their very own custom hot sauce! You’ll join founder Laena McCarthy for a 60-minute hot sauce making class either in-person or from the comfort of your own home. Give your group the ultimate spicy experience!

Flat fee up to 12 people: $1250 (over 12, extra $65 pp)
VIRTUAL
Per Person: $35 (participant minimum: 12)
Add on a kit for $55 per person, shipping included in the US
In-person includes: complimentary bottles of hot sauce for all participants, plus organic tortilla chips to taste it with, chef fee, all cooking supplies + materials, a 60-minute cooking demo. Note: if on-site, your building must have a regular kitchen space (prep table, stove, oven, etc.). Guest count can be adjusted.
Virtual includes: 1-hour virtual class with founder Laena McCarthy, plus a kit of colorful, organic chili peppers, garlic, apple, salt, vinegar for attendees to make into hot sauce, and a beautiful complimentary glass bottle and decorative label.
