We use a variety of habanero chili peppers called ‘fateli’, and while not actually fatal to eat, they are definitely one of the hotter peppers in the world with up to 400,000 Scoville heat units. But what makes this chili extra special is after the quick sting comes incredible fruity flavor that tastes like lemony mango jam. We add some organic fresh mango and mustard powder to make this a super hot and incredible tasting sauce.
